L Magazine ran a large feature on Vonnie Sparks' TWO art exhibitions this month. She is showing both at Gallery 9 and here at A to Z Printing.
Sue Quambusch, owner of A to Z, is looking forward to seeing Sparks's colorful works on the dark, neutral walls of her contemporary space. Of the six artists who are given exhibitions each year, she says, some approach A to Z and others, like Spark, are invited. Quambusch says she is amazed Sparks would tackle the exhibition so close to her due date, but says the artist was game to continue with her plans.
