Our process is based on the product. Depending on the specifics of your project, we’ll figure out the process that will give you the very best end product. We print using both offset and digital processes. Each has its own benefits and disadvantages. Listed below is a comparison between the processes as well as our overall process.

Offset Printing

  • Longer production times
  • Larger quantities
  • Uses plates and inks
  • Prints metallic inks and varnishes
  • Prints envelopes
  • Piece price lowers with higher quantities
  • Folds without issue

Digital Printing

  • Quick turnaround time
  • Smaller quantities
  • Uses powder toner (except for over-sized prints)
  • Can’t print metallics or varnishes
  • Can’t print envelopes
  • Priced per sheet, no significant economies of scale
  • Doesn’t like excess scores/folds
